Imagine... a movement inspired by the arts to open the eyes of Americans to the plight of their own people. Imagine, through art, music and poetry, we are shining a much needed light on our own crisis: HOMELESSNESS
Art4TheHomeless was once a blog called Colors of Ink with Blogcharm, which closed down. Nutang, became the new home of Colors of Ink and was renamed Art4TheHomeless, by a really good friend, Samantha Medd. She is now the Co-Founder of Art4TH.
Now Art4TH is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization that unites artists of all venues to promote homeless awareness in the US.
Art4TH does this through the Art4TH Webzine, a monthly online magazine that features a musician whose music plays throughout the website, a feature artist, and a feature writer while also featuring a homeless relief organization. All artists featured retain their copyrights and all of it is free. If you would like to be a featured artist, musician, or writer contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org

I am so sick of this.
I met this guy last year and we dated kinda sorta. I fell hard, but in the end it just didn't work.
He attended GSU and the little things kept adding up. He was very disrespectful and then he liked to play this little guilt trips on me saying that I am abusive and that I am the reason he is failing college. He would skip class and complain about going to school. He was always sick and always had some kind of reason to blame someone else because of his problems. In other words, he was immature.
This guy is from India and is here on a student visa...wow I wish I had that opportunity: free college in another country...
Toward the end of our relationship he would brag about how he would want to take this other woman out or that he would tell his friends that I am abusive and poor and then get upset then they made fun of him because I was his girl.
Anyway, I got tired of it and broke it off. He still emails me and I am always telling him to leave me alone. It's over and I am done. He keeps up with this blog and my website and myspace and I feel as if it's stalking yet since I am nonprofit, there is really nothing I can do about it. I can't make him not type in my website or anything like that.
Just recently my mother was in the hospital and he sent me an email today. I wouldn't even be blogging about this except for the fact that he said a few things like "I removed your email because I am scared of you" and "I think I saw you the other day"
This is totally creepy and not cool.
I do appreciate his prayers for my mother, but I don't like the "I think I saw you the other day" or the fact that he said he is scared of me.
He started the email "not stalking or harassing but"
ugh this totally disgusts me. He also said he is my guarding angel though unwanted...
dude if you were anything I would say you were a demon, not an angel. No offense, but this is how I feel.
And he mentioned that he won't send me emails unless "I allow him to" but he emailed me on MySpace....
First of all, I am not your mother and you are a grown man. Get the "I am not allowed or I am allowed" concept out of your head. You are 30 years old and should act like it. I broke up with you because you
1. disrespected me
2. accused me of abusing you when I didn't
3. accused me of your failing classes and the semester before me it was your sister's fault you failed
4. actually told me that you told your friends that I was abusing you and then told me that they said that you should dump me but you wouldn't because you would feel bad or something along that area. I don't need pity
5. When I did try to help you study you didn't want to and then would again blame me for failing your classes
6. actually told me not to go to work because it was an evil place...what the fuck? and if I didn't go to work I was to make money how? I still have my job and I love it and the people I work with
You do have some good qualities..you did help us out when we needed food and you helped out my mother when she was on the streets. In face you reunited us but that doesn't mean that I owe you anything.
Anyways, I appreciate your prayers but please stop with the "I saw you" emails because that IS stalking and that IS illegal and it WILL get you ARRESTED.
I may be in the wrong, but personally, I don't want you involved with Art4TH or any aspects in my life. If you want to help the homeless, that's great, just don't harass me in the process.
Just to let you know, I saved every email you sent and if you send one more I will add it and contact GSU Police then the Atlanta Police. Actually, I have already spoken with someone and they told me to let them know if you try to contact me again, but since your email was basically about supporting my mother, I won't. Not because I don't want to, but I want to be fair. I want to give you a chance to leave me alone just like I gave you all those chances when we were together. It's over. Move on. Forget me.
